ENTIA is the trading name of PrecisionAI Marketing OÜ, a private limited company (osaühing) incorporated in Estonia on 13 August 2024 and entered in the Estonian Business Register (Äriregister) under registry code 17048063.

On the absence from VIES
PrecisionAI Marketing OÜ does not currently appear in VIES, and that is the correct outcome.
VIES is the European Commission system that confirms the validity of VAT identification numbers for intra-Community transactions (Council Regulation (EU) No 904/2010, Article 31). VIES is not a register of corporate existence: its scope is taxable persons identified for VAT purposes, not legal entities. A real, active, duly registered company may legitimately be absent from VIES.
The Estonian Business Register records that the company's VAT obligation ended on 25 March 2026 and states, verbatim: "The legal person is not liable to VAT." The VAT number in force between 24 September 2024 and 25 March 2026, EE102780516, is therefore historical data and must not be relied upon as a current tax identifier.
Why we state this first
ENTIA is business identity verification infrastructure. Checking an identifier against the right register — and not against a different one — is precisely our work. This note exists because conflating a commercial register with a VAT register is one of the most common methodological errors in automated business verification, and we will not ask a third party for rigour we do not apply to our own record.
