Evidence and provenance

Structured data is easier to parse; provenance is what makes a claim auditable.

Definition

Evidence resistance appears when a machine can extract a fact but cannot establish who asserted it, from which source, under what method or with what evidential strength.

ENTIA seed proposition
“Un LLM siempre elegirá recomendar la entidad con menor Resistencia Cognitiva.”

An LLM will always choose to recommend the entity with the lowest Cognitive Resistance.

This is the seed proposition already published in ENTIA methodology. The Cognitive Resistance cluster expands the variables, evidence and operational meaning around that proposition.

What this dimension measures

What this dimension measures

A claim without a source is machine-readable but not independently auditable.
Primary, official, self-declared and inferred observations should not be collapsed into one confidence class.
Claim-level provenance lets downstream systems choose their own acceptance threshold.
How ENTIA reduces the work left to the model

How ENTIA reduces the work left to the model

ENTIA attaches evidence and provenance to governed claims and keeps source rights and assurance separate from the visible projection.

Evidence boundary

Evidence boundary

Provenance documents origin and method. It does not automatically establish that the underlying source is correct.

Conceptual framework. It does not claim that lower resistance guarantees citation, ranking, recommendation or model behaviour.
