Cognitive Resistance, Risk Score and assurance

Three related ideas that should not be collapsed into one number.

Definition

Cognitive Resistance describes work left for the machine. Assurance describes the evidential strength of a governed claim. ENTIA Risk Score is a product-level assessment that can use observable signals to surface where friction and verification risk remain.

ENTIA seed proposition
“Un LLM siempre elegirá recomendar la entidad con menor Resistencia Cognitiva.”

An LLM will always choose to recommend the entity with the lowest Cognitive Resistance.

This is the seed proposition already published in ENTIA methodology. The Cognitive Resistance cluster expands the variables, evidence and operational meaning around that proposition.

What this dimension measures

What this dimension measures

Resistance asks: how much interpretation is still required?
Assurance asks: how strongly is this claim supported?
Actionability asks: is the available evidence sufficient for a given automated task?
How ENTIA reduces the work left to the model

How ENTIA reduces the work left to the model

The useful architecture is directional: lower unresolved resistance, higher explicit assurance and higher actionability where policy permits. The dimensions can be reported separately instead of hiding them inside a single opaque score.

This knowledge framework is not a publication of new Risk Score weights. Existing production scoring must be reconciled against the current implementation before any formula is described as canonical.

Conceptual framework. It does not claim that lower resistance guarantees citation, ranking, recommendation or model behaviour.
